We are an independent professional
catering company providing catering solutions to a
number of industries in the UK.
With no ties to any parent organisation we are able to exercise
imagination, creativity and innovation when formulating
proposals and operating services for our
clients.
Currently these
industries are serviced from eight main divisions in the
business: Business & Industry, Fine Dining, Stadium
Catering, Conferencing, Public Catering, Event Catering,
Government and Consultancy.

The Head Office is based in
Central London where the majority of our Clients are based
supported with a Processing Centre situated in Surrey where all
the finance and administration functions are
located.
We currently operate out of three
main regions: London, Bedfordshire and Hampshire managed by our
team of Operation Managers. Unlike our competitors, we operate
on a maximum ratio of 5 contracts to 1 Operation Manager
allowing each Operation Manager to spend at least one to two
days per week visiting each contract and speaking with each of
our on-site Unit Managers on a regular
basis.
In addition, the Managing
Director along with the Operation Manager attend
all meetings on a monthly basis with our
Clients allowing us to receive feedback at the highest
level as well as permitting important decisions to be made very
quickly without referring back to rigid and complex
organisational structures.
The Board of Directors have many years of
experience working with a variety of Clients in different
industries.
Our management style is relaxed yet
professional, featuring openness and honesty at all times. Our

We emphasise that the relationship between all stakeholders
within the business is that of partnership and teamwork. In
addition the Directors are involved in all aspects of the
business and will always be available for clients and
customers.
Our staff are fully briefed on the
requirements from the service and they are encouraged to not
just meet those objectives, but to exceed them. As part of our
recruitment and training strategy we identify those people that
are able to work as part of a team to meet the challenges that
the company sets
them.
We have quickly
acquired catering contracts taking the annual value of
portfolio of clients to over £1 million
already.
