We also provide consultancy services for Clients who wish to evaluate the performance of their catering function before committing to a complete review of the service.   

Some Clients who operate an in-house facility and are uncomfortable with relinquishing control of the service prefer the consultancy route as we review the service at regular intervals, normally monthly, providing detailed reports on our findings with recommendations and solutions. 

There is no minimum fixed length for a consultancy agreement, but we do recommend a period of no less than six months to maximise the return on the investment.
