This division is responsible for the delivery of fine dining services to our restaurants that we manage on behalf of our Clients and customers.   

As with all of our divisions the development and delivery of our catering and hospitality services are specific and tailor made for each Client taking in to account regional variations.  

All of our restaurants are managed by Restaurant Managers who are responsible for ensuring the quality of the service is of the highest level. They are supported by Head Chefs at each restaurant who are tasked with designing creative menus that change on a regular basis to reflect seasonal variations. 

This division benefits from our Executive Chef visiting all of our restaurants ensuring that the menus that are offered are consistent, creative, innovative and reflect any seasonal and regional variations. The Executive Chef is also responsible for the training and development of all of our Chefs. 

Our Clients include one of the world’s finest classical concert venues based in Central London where we provide fine dining services to all of its Patrons before all of its concerts. More recently we have been requested to open the restaurant on non-concert days providing 2 course and 3 course lunch menus to the general public and local businesses.
