This division is responsible for the delivery of catering services for local councils and government departments at venues within their control.   

Similar to the public catering division, there is a greater reliance on marketing and promotional activity for venues due to the threat from local competition.   

The majority of these venues operate as cost centres with the catering service seen as either providing subsidised food and beverage services or as a complement to an existing service currently being provided. 

One of our Clients is a London borough where we were successfully awarded the contract to provide café services in two of the council’s public libraries with a view to increase the number of visitors to the library. 

Although the contract is run predominately as a cost centre, we always operate this contract as if it was on a commercial basis without compromising the quality of the service being offered.
