This division is responsible for the delivery of catering
services to the general public from cafés and restaurants that
we manage on behalf of our Clients and customers at their
venues.
There is a greater reliance on marketing and promotional
activity for venues in this division as the potential audience
is much larger and not captive in nature. As a result there is
a greater threat from local competition.
The venues vary in nature and include tea rooms, cafés and
breakfast rooms, to name but a few.
One of our Clients is a National Nature Reserve and Visitor
Centre in Fareham, Hampshire, where we provide a tea room
service to local residents as well as visitors to the
Centre.
In the relatively short period of time that we were awarded the
contract we have transformed a loss making contract to a
vibrant profitable contract with a newly recruited and
enthusiastic Chef Manager at the helm.
Another one of our Clients is a private organisation in the
heart of London that required a breakfast room service to be
introduced as an additional service that could be offered to
customers staying at their venue.
Due to the relatively large success that we have had since we
introduced this service to this venue, we are now conducting a
feasibility study into expanding this service to incorporate
lunch and dinner as well.
